Single tickets can be purchased from the Film Schedule.

Passes, Ticket Packs and Tickets can also be purchased at the Box Office during the festival (subject to availability).

To purchase Passes, Ticket Packs or Tickets you will be prompted to set up an Eventive Account. It is quick and easy and requires an email address and password. Eventive accepts most credit and debit card brands worldwide – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more!

For assistance, please email boxoffice@bluemtnfilmfest.ca or visit the Box Office during the festival.

After completing the purchase, you will see an Order Confirmation message. For ticket orders, you may add your phone number if you’d like to receive a text message containing your ticket(s).

You will also receive an Order Confirmation Email, sent to the email address associated with your Eventive account. For ticket orders, this will include a PDF attachment of your ticket(s) and venue details, and it may also contain additional information.

You can access your tickets and passes any time by logging into your Eventive account and selecting My Tickets or My Passes.

  • Passes can be used to reserve tickets in advance (recommended) or scanned at the door for an instant ticket
  • Ticket Packs act like credits and must be redeemed for tickets to specific film screenings

You can use your Pass or Ticket Pack to reserve tickets to screenings of your choice from the Film Schedule.

Simply click on a film, then click Order Tickets. If you are logged into an account that has an applicable Pass or Ticket Pack, you will see the option to apply it. After selecting the Pass or Ticket Pack, a checkout window will appear.

Important: If your Pass or Ticket Pack has been correctly applied, your order total will be $0. If you see any other amount, your Pass or Ticket Pack has not been applied and your card will be charged.

For assistance, please email boxoffice@bluemtnfilmfest.ca or visit the Box Office during the festival – we’re happy to help! Our box office staff can walk you through the steps or process ticket orders on your behalf using your Pass or Ticket Pack.
