Ticket Information
There are three options for accessing film screenings and parties.
- 4, 6 or 10 Ticket Packs redeemable for screening tickets.
- Festival Passes that gives you access to select film screenings and parties based on the pass purchased. No pre-selection required just simply show up 15 to 45 minutes prior to the screening start time.
- Individual screening tickets.
To purchase tickets, packs and passes you will be prompted to set up an Eventive Account. It is quick and easy and requires an email address and password. Eventive accepts most credit and debit card brands worldwide – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more!

All Access Passes –access to all film screenings and the Opening and Gala Screenings and Parties. These passes are valid for one person and are non-transferable.
All Access Passes do not require pre-booking of a screening. Your pass gives you priority access to the screenings of your choice by showing up 15 to 45 minutes prior to the screening start time.

Ticket Packs
Ticket Packs act like credits and can be redeemed for individual film screenings when the Film Schedule is announced May 1st.
You can pre-select screening tickets for yourself or others using a Ticket Pack.
Redeem your Ticket Packs on the Schedule page or Film Guide page after May 1st. To redeem credits from your ticket packs, simply click the Order Tickets button next to the event you wish to attend, then a checkout window will appear.
If you are logged into an account that has a Ticket Pack, you will see the option to order a ticket using your Pack, provided the Pack grants you access to tickets to the event you selected.

To order tickets from the Schedule or Film Guide page, simply click the orange Order Tickets button next to the event you wish to attend, then a checkout window will appear!
Log in or sign up for an Eventive Account and complete your transaction.
After completing the purchase, you will see an Order Confirmation message. Add your phone number if you’d like to receive a text message containing your ticket(s).

You will also receive a Ticket Order Confirmation email, sent to the email address associated with your Eventive account!
Don’t delete the email — it will include a PDF attachment of your ticket, venue details, and it may also contain additional information.
There are a number of ways you can present your ticket !
- Open the PDF ticket attached to your confirmation email and either print the ticket or show the ticket from your smart phone at the event.
- You can access your tickets on your mobile device at BMFF2023.eventive.org or using the link in the Ticket Order Confirmation Email
- Go to the BMFF site Schedule Page, log in (the upper right corner) and click My Tickets in the top right corner:
Then click Show Barcode! This will generate a QR code that you can present at the door of the ticketed event. If your order contains multiple tickets, swipe left on your phone screen to generate the additional ticket QR codes after the first ticket is scanned.
Please remember if you have purchased an All Access Pass no pre-booking of screenings are required just show up and show us your Pass QR Code. If you purchased a pass to either the opening or closing film and parties they are located under “My Passes”. Similarly just show your QR code for the Opening or Closing Party Pass to gain access to both the screening and party.
If you have purchased multiple tickets, each ticket contains its own unique ticket QR code. Be careful if you forward your PDF tickets, as each barcode can only be used once.
Theatre Information
The Village Conference Centre, located at 242 Jozo Weider Blvd, The Blue Mountains, ON, will play host to the Festival. Visually stunning, the Conference Centre features breathtaking views of the mountain and Georgian Bay. This state-of-the-art facility is located steps away from all accommodation, dining, and shopping areas of the Blue Mountain Village, the mountain slopes, and the fairways of Monterra Golf. Working with a team of film industry experts we have transformed the Huron and Petun rooms into spacious high-tech theatres. Complimentary parking is available.
Passes, Ticket Packs, and Screening Tickets can be purchased online right up to screening times or during the festival at our box office located outside The Petun Theatre. The Box Office opens 1 hour prior to the first screening of the day and closes 1/2 hour after the start of the last film. The Box Office accepts credit and debit cards only, with no cash sales. All ticket sales require an Eventive account or email address.
Doors open 45 minutes prior to screenings for All Access Pass Holders. Ticket holders have access 30 minutes prior to screening Beyond 10 minutes after the scheduled start of any screenings, entry is at the discretion of the festival management. ·
The Huron Atrium will host a concession stand with snacks and beverages. Only on-site purchases of food and beverages are allowed in the theatres.
